Your files are processed locally
RepeatFlow reads the XLSX or CSV file you select, processes it in memory on your Windows computer, shows a preview and writes a result only to the destination you choose. Spreadsheet contents are not uploaded to RepeatFlow servers. This Beta has no RepeatFlow server, cloud account, cloud storage, analytics, remote AI or automatic crash uploader.
What stays on your computer
Source files and results
Your source remains at its original location. RepeatFlow does not create an internal copy. A result is saved only when you export it, at the path you select, and remains there until you remove it.
Saved automations
If you choose to save an automation, its name and definition are stored in %LOCALAPPDATA%\RepeatFlow\workflows.json. Definitions can include action types, column names, formulas and filter values. They do not store spreadsheet rows or source/output paths.
Settings and technical logs
A first-launch setting is stored in your Windows user profile. Local rotating logs record operational details such as app version, file type, row/column counts, action type and sanitized error information. They are designed not to contain spreadsheet cells, filenames, paths, workflow names, column names, formulas or filter values. The log limit is one 1 MB active file plus three backups.
Temporary files and memory
For safer exports, RepeatFlow briefly writes a random temporary file beside your chosen destination, then replaces the destination atomically. It is deleted after success or error. Full datasets can remain in application memory while needed. Windows page files or crash dumps are controlled by Windows, so RepeatFlow does not claim forensic erasure of memory.
Deleting local RepeatFlow data
In Settings → Privacy and Help → Privacy, you can delete logs, delete saved automations or reset RepeatFlow data. Reset removes known internal workflows, logs and settings; it never deletes source spreadsheets or exported results. Because the portable Beta has no uninstaller, use Reset before deleting the EXE if you also want to remove known profile data.
Important workbook behavior
RepeatFlow is not an anonymization tool. Hidden rows and columns in a selected worksheet are read as ordinary tabular values and can appear in an export. Formula code is not executed; cached displayed values may be read. Review every result before sharing it.
Download notifications
When you click a website button to download the Beta, the site sends Formspree a limited technical event so the RepeatFlow Beta owner can receive a download notification. The event contains the Beta version, the website page, and the date and time. It does not contain your spreadsheet contents, filenames, local paths, email address, name, or a persistent device identifier. The event records that a download was started; it cannot confirm that the download completed or that the application was used.
Feedback
If you submit the website feedback form, the answers you enter — and your email address only if you choose to provide it — are sent to Formspree and forwarded to the RepeatFlow Beta owner. Formspree processes and temporarily stores the submission under its own privacy terms. Nothing is sent until you explicitly submit the form. RepeatFlow never attaches spreadsheet contents, files, paths or device identifiers. Do not include real customer spreadsheets, personal data, credentials or private paths in feedback.
Privacy questions
For questions about this Beta or its privacy behavior, contact the person or organization that supplied your copy of RepeatFlow. Formal publisher and legal contact details will be added after legal review and before any commercial release.
